Additional information
- Rates may vary depending on hours and schedule. For example night work, bank holidays, more complex or demanding workloads.
- All rates are subject to discussion and negotiation based on specific client / helper.
- Our service fee covers the recruitment, introduction, matching, and ongoing support throughout your care relationship
- This includes finding cover for time off, supporting shift rotation, handovers, etc.
- Fees may be reduced where we are providing introductions only and are not managing staff or the ongoing care relationship. For example, if the client employs the helper directly under PAYE and manages holidays, cover, and day-to-day arrangements themselves. In these cases, we would typically charge the monthly fee for 12 months to recover our amortised costs.
- We amortise our recruitment and service fee, and for longer-term care, rate reductions may be possible.
- We typically charge a minimum service fee equivalent to one month.
